So I finally got sucked into the American Idol hype. I can't miss an episode, and have been glued to the TV each week. So far, I have decided on two favorites: Blake Lewis and Lakisha Jones. I love Blake's whole look, and his psuedo-rap thing, all behind a great voice. And Lakisha...she is so sweet. I like the range and depth of her voice, and her down to earth nature. She is destined to win...from the way she was called back during the first auditions. I think it was sign that she is destined to be an American Idol. Let's hope my two picks make it!-Rick Rockhill

My money's (metaphorically) on Melinda Dolittle, though I like LaKisha as second choice. Chris Sligh is the only guy who appeals.

OMG I am SO with you on Blake and Lakisha! Blake and Chris Sligh are my top fave guys but when it comes to the girls I am really torn because Jordin, Stephanie, Lakisha, and Melinda are all SO awesome!! I will tell ya though Haley has got to go.. I read something someone said that watching her perform was like watching the talent competion in a beauty contest.. I couldn't agree more!!
