Starting with today's Wisdom Wednesday column, Dr Wang presents a new format to his weekly post. Instead of responding to individual e-mails here, each week Dr Wang will offer a favorite quote of wisdom or advice appropriate for all readers. First, a dose of fish wisdom:

"Whatever you do, you need courage. Whatever course you decide upon, there is always someone to tell you that you are wrong. your quote and discussion reminds me of a workshop I used to lead on goal setting. I used to use the movie, "Rudy" as my discussion tool.
