This blog is simply a hobby and a creative outlet for me. It's light entertainment, I don't take it too seriously, nor should you. I do not profess to represent every point of view. Nothing on this site is a paid post. You can also catch me on the airwaves with my weekly radio show 'The Palm Springs Savant & Co'
I'm asking for a sentence or caption about this bike, which I affectionately call "Swamp Bike". Actually it came out of the canals in Venice, Italy. Anyone care to submit something fun or clever about it? It can be a story, a "faux fact", a caption or anything you like. I'll give it a go to get things started:
"Having chased Ursula, the Sea Witch out of the Lagoon on his Swamp Bike, Aqua Man gave the Little Mermaid a ride to school." Sheesh, that was lame. you give it a go.
Have fun...

How about "i have heard of mud biking, but this is just ridiculous!"
"Lucy, you got some 'splaining to do..."

I'm never good at this, but I'll give it some thought.
I'm not good at captioning. But I see it as Swamp thing's childhood bicycle!
"I asked my mom for a bike, and she said...here, take this one..."
How about, "Honest Mom, it didn't look that deep when I started to drive through!"
Or -- "What??? They ran out of streamers at the bike shop!"
ORRRR -- "I told you our septic system was backed up."
FOR SALE - One slightly used boy's bike. Inquire at first house on the left next to the canal (the one with the blind kid playing in the front yard.) Free seaweed included.
"That is it!" cried Zeus "This is absolutely the last time I'll lend my bike to Poseidon."
OK Lance. NOW do you see why there is no Tour de Venice?
"I said, take a LEFT turn."
