I have no words...*shaking my head in disbelief*
WhenI first saw that on the news I thought it was a midget, or it was some kind of joke. How frightening that it's a real toddler addicted to smoking. I don't smoke but if I did it would be enough to make me dispose of every cigarette I could get my hands on!
How does a child that young even BEGIN to know how to smoke? Disgusting....
I too, thought it would become a joke. That's just really, really sad.
Turns my stomach. From what I've heard through other sources, this is common in the child's country.
