We've had a lot of really cold weather here in the east lately. Can you remind people how dangerous this weather can be for their dogs and cats? People who have outdoor cats don't seem to realize that their ears and tails can freeze, and that walking dogs on areas where ice melt has been put down can burn their paws. Tinsel, holly and poinsettia plants pose additional dangers. Please be aware and cautious when it comes to your animals, let's keep them safe!
