An Awesome Post by Diane @CosmoHavanese

One of my blogger pals, Diane from the popular blog To Dog With Love wrote a really nice post about the Natural Balance Sweepstakes running online at PETCO.COM. She does a great job explaining how to win some really awesome free stuff and valuable prizes- and at the same time help feed dogs and cats in shelters too. So stop by Diane's blog and check out her post. PS- you can follow Diane on Twitter at @CosmoHavanese, its all about her Havanese named Cosmo who is one awesome dog!

We've had a lot of really cold weather here in the east lately. Can you remind people how dangerous this weather can be for their dogs and cats? People who have outdoor cats don't seem to realize that their ears and tails can freeze, and that walking dogs on areas where ice melt has been put down can burn their paws. Tinsel, holly and poinsettia plants pose additional dangers. Please be aware and cautious when it comes to your animals, let's keep them safe!
