Galleries and Glamour Galore
Afterward, we attended a PS Film Fest party sponsored by House & Garden magazine, held at the former estate of Frank Sinatra, which was a stunning example of midcentury modern architecture. There, I had a chance to chat with actress Ayesha Dharker, star of the film Outsourced. She was very sweet and quite interesting as well. I also chatted with two writers from The Desert Sun, Maggie Downs and Xochitl Pena, who offered an interesting perspective on writing newspaper columns. From there we went to one of the PS Film Fest parties held at the hip Viceroy Hotel, where there was a fabulous party with a very trendy, swank crowd. Below are friends Jim and Julia outside by the pool at the Viceroy. Later we all toasted marshmallows!
