An Intimate Portrait of the Desert, Part II

Today is the second installment in my three-part series of up-close and personal photos of desert plants found in my yard in Palm Springs. It is my hope that these photos will stimulate your mind and convey the unique beauty of desert plant life.

Enjoy!

Wow, they are all in your backyard? Quite stingy those fellows! I'll be on my way to Hungary on Sunday, I'll hope to post a few nice pics from my trip.
Have a nice Thursday :)

Amazing to think that all of this grows with little, or no, water. And that hardly anything grows here without water. We dry up and blow away without rain.

Beats the devil out of the stuff growing in my backyard. I'm fighting poke salet (poke weed), which you can eat if so inclined. Nice photos.
