Joan Crawford is interesting for the longevity of her career and the change in her image over time.
Watch a Joan Crawford silent film and you'll hardly believe it's the same person!
Lovely, just lovely. I love photos of old movie stars. Now that was Hollywood.
It would be nice if today's celebrities would learn from the STARS of the past!
ahhh yes, Joan Crawford-a stunning eclectic woman..
Old Hollywood was the greatest, I think.
Always,
Crusty~
How perfect that you feature Joan Crawford today. Did you hear/read about Leona Helmsley's will?
The Queen of Mean left her dog - - a Maltese named Trouble - - $12 million, yet she left two of her grandchildren nothing at all.
Why? As Leona puts it, "for reasons that are well known to them."
Now, any homosexual worth his weight in monkey fur and ball fringe knows that "for reasons that are well known to them" is a line straight out of the final scene in MOMMIE DEAREST!
Leona stole that line from Joan!!! How tacky.
Maybe the grandkids will take a cue from Christina Crawford and write a nasty tell-all book! Then, it can be made into a movie and Faye Dunaway will have a career again!!!
